Model Unit #F102 Presentation

You will be excited to note that as part of the plan, we are addressing the noise issues between the rooms.  Although we cannot completely block all of the noise due to the original construction of the buildings, our experts have found a way to significantly reduce the noise level.

 

A model unit has been completed and we are so pleased with the results.  Next time you’re at the resort, check with the front desk about touring the model.  Below, you will see a list of some of the specific items we will be changing.

Kitchen: 

  • New cabinet hardware – while much of the renovation will include new items, we have been mindful of expenses and have retained items that are in good condition and still have useful life, such as cabinets
  • Tile backsplash – Installed from countertop surface all the way up to underneath the upper cabinets
  • New appliances, vent over range, and lighting fixtures

Bathroom(s):

(One bedroom)

  • New sinks, faucets and granite countertops, paint vanity and install new hardware, new mirror lighting and fixtures
  • New bathtub with tile surround

(Two bedroom – Master)

  • All of the above, and • Remove bathtub and install walk-in shower with new faucet, tile surround and glass enclosure
  • New sink, faucet and granite countertops, paint vanity and install new hardware, new mirror, lighting and fixtures
  • Expanded space within the bathroom by opening walls

General:

  • New flooring, furniture and window coverings in all areas
  • New King beds in One-bedroom units • Replace all closet doors with louvered bypass doors
  • Replace all baseboards with new 5” baseboards
  • New larger televisions in living rooms

Owners can tour the model Room between 11am-2 pm Monday-Friday, thereafter, needs to make appointment at Activities Desk
